Mullett Ice Center Refund Policy Refunds will be assessed a $25 fee except actual Mullett Center program cancellations. Participants assume the risk of changes in personal affairs, health or vacation, when they are unable to attend a class/lesson/league/ program or special event. The fee for any class/ lesson/league/that the participant will miss during the program will not be prorated.

Refunds will be granted:

1. If the program is cancelled by the Mullett Ice Center

2. Prior to the start of program/class/lesson/league when five full days notice is given, unless otherwise noted in program description.

3. Prior to the start of a program/class/lesson/league, due to illness/injury. A doctor’s certificate of illness/injury on his/her prescription pad must accompany a letter requesting such a refund. A prorated amount will be determined by the Ice Center Directors.

4. If the instructor and the participant agree the participant’s skill level is not appropriate for the program. Refunds will be issued within four to six weeks after they have been approved by the Ice Center Directors. All refunds will be issued in check form.
